Cask at Amersham MS beer shop, Amersham, Bucks. A hazy dark golden coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Hoppy, malty, grassy aroma. Tastes hoppy, malty, grassy, grainy. OK golden ale.

Cask at RS HW, 27/10/17. Lightly hazed golden orange with a well presented off white head. Nose is pale malts, grassy, earthy, bread dough porridge. Taste comprises toasted malts, bread dough, light citric peel, grass, grains, hint of caramel. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with mellow bitterness. Ok green hop affair.

Cask gravity at the St Albans BEER festival 2016. A hazed dull golden coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is damp hay, straw, raw grains, husks, earthy hop. Palate is semi sweet, grain husks, grains, moderate carbonation. Flavour is composed of dirty grains, damp hay grains husks, earthy hop, pine, semi sweet vanilla. Lingering grassy hop. Tough round the edges.
