Cask at The Harp, Trafalgar Square, London. A dark brown coloured pour with a thin off white head on top. Aroma of dark fruit and chocolate. Tastes similar, dark fruit, some chocolate but also very bitter which spoilt it for me.

Cask at the Sussex Arms, Twickenham Green - 14/04/12. Dark mahogony brown with thin off-white head. Dark fruit, malts and a touch of cocoa on the nose. Tastes follow on as the nose, medium bodied, bitter finish.

Cask, handpump at The Shoulder of Mutton, Wantage, Oxon, 11.04.12 at award for local pub of the year Very dark brown in colour with a light beige head. Tangy with a good fruitiness and amongst the fruit was a great plumminess, this combining with the chocolate very well. Very nice beer. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5
