A huge malt bill allows us to add hops at all stages of brewing. Admiral & Cascade into the mash, Summit & Simcoe through a lengthy vigorous boil and all four hops dry hopped after fermentation & during maturation.

Pours clear dark orange with a smooth head. Aroma of glue, sweet oily hops, loads of resin, pine and grass. Taste is sweetish, dry and crisp with some notes of resin, pine, grass and hints of oily hoppiness. Finish is dry, bitter and a bit sweetish with some pine and warming boozy notes. A bit unbalanced and untypical.

Clear deep amber beer, good cream colour head. Light crystallised fruits on the nose. Palate is smooth but also pretty dry. Dry malts bring dry cream and bitterish caramel. Harsh bitterness ensues, some orange marmalade buried under it. Smooth dry finish. Long strong bitter linger. Dry and aggressively bitter but still drinkable.
