A dry, refreshing, Belgian style witbier with a tasteful addition of bright Scottish Raspberries. Finishing with an earthy rustic malt base and a gentle Citrus bitterness from coriander and hibiscus with a hint of natural acidity.

Keg at Fierce Bar, Aberdeen. It pours murky strawberry pink with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, sweetish, tangy, creamy strawberry milkshake, jammy, candy floss and jelly beans. The taste is crisp initially, crunchy red berries, fragrant strawberry vibes, damp grain, wheat bread, fragrant, strawberry milkshake and a touch sherbet with a dry finish. Average body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Easy going fruity number. Has some nice nuances to it.

Один из самых странных витбиров что я пил. Какие то ягоды, кислота, оно выглядит как типичный саур, никакой пшеницы при этом. Ну есть специи наверно. Пить можно в целом, но просто анти стиль.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - orange to cherry red. Foamy pinkish-white head. Nose - raspberry, surprisingly light funk note and generally creamy. Taste - ripe raspberry and still some funk. Palate - light bodied, dry and tangy middle with a lightly funky finish. Overall - was not expecting the funk. Enjoyable if not completely on style.
