Deep golden to amber topped with a lasting off white head.
Nose is caramel, earthy hops, biscuit, blood orange, straw.
Taste comprises grapefruit, bitter orange, pine needle, bready notes, caramel.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close punctured with earthy hop bitterness.
Not bad ... old skool leaning red IPA.

Keg at Brewdog Lothian Road. Pours clear copper with a thin off-white head. Aromas of red fruit and toast. Taste adds marmalade. Light bitter finish.

Pours a coppery dark amber colour with a small beige head that settled. Aroma is fruity and hoppy with some caramel notes. A moderately sweet taste, red berry fruit and malty flavours with some caramel and a moderately to light hoppy bitterness.

Clear copper/red pour with a lasting (but small) white head. Nuts, (red) berries, malt/grain, citrus - enjoyed it.

Tap at Brewdog Canary wharf. A mostly clear copper brown coloured pour with a lasting fine off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, autumnal grains, nutty, singed grass, some dried fruits. Bark. Flavour is composed of drying rustic grains, toast, bark, singed pine, tar, chalky finish. Not a whole lot to it. Palate is crisp, chalky, drying finish, spritzy carbonation. Middle of the road.

Leg at BD Inverurie. It pours clear deep/dark red - brown with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, jammy red fruits & berries, brown bread, touch of toffee and sappy pine. The taste is firmly dry, bitter - sweet, sappy, resinous, pine needles, touch of toffee, pithy, zesty citrus streak, touch of nuttiness and brown bread. Finish is firmly dry and toasty. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Decent red ale.

From tap. Pours dark amber to brown. Tan head. Aroma is fruity hoppy. Caramelish malty. Lingering fruity. Hoppy and slight bitter. Fruity, hoppy and toasred malt finish.
