Keg at the Newbarns taproom, Leith, 05/10/24. Clear golden blonde with an off white cap that retains well. Nose is mellow citric zest, grass, tangerine, melon. Taste comprises orange peel, papaya, soft malts, mandarin, light floral trace, grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow juicy hop bitterness. Can from Appellation Wines. Pours clear pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of pineapple and grassy hop. Taste is light tropical fruit, more grassy bitterness. Bit of malt wouldn't go amiss, but nice enough.
