Tap at Rbabarrab, Copenhagen. Poured a clear straw colour with a broken white head and some broken lace. The aroma is light fresh melon. The flavour is light fresh fruit with a light, refreshing, watery mineral, yeast, light melon, light hop bitter palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is bread, pale malt, and some light hops. Beer is rather crisp. Light malt. Light amount of bitterness. Modicum of kolschy fruitiness. A light and refreshing beer, but very well crafted.

Tap at Hoptron - clear gold - sticky lace - crisp, dry, grassy, and clean kolsch - light clean sweetness up front makes way for crackery malt, a light mineral bite, and grassy, lightly peppery hops - way executed.
