A traditional Best Bitter brewed with Golden Promise and a blend of three speciality malts to give a rounded malt profile. The combination of Jester and Goldings hops give the drinkability of a session bitter with the bitterness from early hop additions in the boil.

Cask. Sheffield Tap. Clear copper. Firm sparkler induced just of white foam. Presumably this is their version of Stones, that was formerly brewed at the Cannon brewery. Probably. It is reminiscent to be fair. Bready sweet teacake like malts and and earthy grassy hop. Bitterness throughout. Bit of sticky sweetness on the lips. Nice, although it’s a pity it was the first out the pump and hadn’t been pull through. But that’s this place for you.
