Can from Lidl. Hazy golden body with a few flecks beneath a white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of flower petals, grapefruit and orange. Flavour of sweet mandarin and grass. medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. This is a soft, easy drinking pale ale. I’d have preferred a few more bittering hops in the boil.

Can from Lidl Bucksburn. It pours clear pale bright gold with a big fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet, fragrant, ripe stone fruits, pineapple chunks, lychee, apricot and gummy candy. The taste is firmly dry, decent hit of bitterness, snappy, quite clean, green, touch of pine, tropical fruits, lychee, melon, greengage, straw, grass and a touch of spice with a short, dry finish. Average body and fine, prickly carbonation. Decent enough drinker, but lacks a touch of clarity.
