Soured overnight, lightly hopped with Simcoe leaf, giving a subtle hum of bitterness, and then combined with Peach and Sour Cherry puree for a dessert-like experience.

Can shared at the Strugglers Inn, Lincoln. Red orange colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are peachy and tart. Medium body.

Can at home picked up from LHG online. Alight hazed deep cherry red coloured pour with a fading whispy head. Aroma is semi sweet, jammy cherry, some pithy notes, dry wheat grains. Flavour is composed of pithy red berries, cherry, wheaty grains, cherry berries, bitty, some pithy yougurty sourness. Palate is semi sweet, bitty, grainy, light tart, highish carbonation. A bit lackluster
