A dark malty beer that has been lagered in second fill oak whiskey barrels for a super smooth and surprisingly light finish. Our Doppelbock or "Double Bock" is a bigger version of our popular Bock lager brewed with English ingredients. Munich and Double Roasted Crystal malt bring big biscuit, raisin and plumb notes, whilst the Pilgrim hops balance with notes of spice and subtle pine. Oak lagered for over 6 months to let the flavours mellow and create a special lager beer.
