Frothy off white head on a still clear amber coloured body. Malt & cardboard aroma. Medium bodied, soft with a lively back & cloying aft. Grain, caramel, berry & citrus tastes. Poor.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden and pale with a fluffy white head and steady carbonation. Nose - corn, tomato stalk, bread and light caramel. Taste - lemon, light caramel and bread. Palate - light bodied, a touch on the sweet side for the style. Overall - ok.

Keg pint at Fierce Edinburgh. Pours clear golden with high carbonation, thick white head. Aromas of corn and lemon. If there's going for a Tennents knock-off it's not far off. Clean finish.

Can from Fierce. it pours clear very pale yellow with a lasting white cap. The aroma is quite soft, mellow, toasty grains, sweet, lemon curd and custard cream biscuits. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, lemon rinse, grassy, leafy, toasty grain husks, light nuttiness, straw, peppery spice and biscuit with ashort, bitter - dry finish. Light - average body and fine, prickly carbonation. Drinks fine, but doesn't stand out as a Fierce offering.
