Golden with a thick, frothy white head that lingers. Aroma full of nectarines, floral bouquet and honey with some mild grassy tones underneath. Taste is mildly bitter with a hint of tartness. Subtle spice and mild yeasty tones at the end bring up an unexpected detour towards a Belgian Ale. Medium bodied, balanced carbonation. Overall this one is an unexpected delight.
