At a tasting, thanks, no head, very dark brown color, aroma of soy and fish sauce with some chocolate and an oxidized hint, flavor of chocolate and roots with caramel and fruity hints. Drinkable and interesting but not too good.

Can sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Thanks Tom L. Dark brown. Caramel, chocolate, soy sauce, olives, minerals, dark fruits, lots of of metal, vegetables.

A deep dark brown stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with light fruity esters, terpentine, alcohol warmth, a bit off. In mouth, sweet fruity chocolate malt with soy sauce, alcohol warmth, light acidity, way off. On tap at Cebu location.
