(On tap @ Birreria Volo, Toronto, Jan 19/18) Hazy gold pour with a white ring. Notes of quite tart apricot and underripe nectarine, white wine, wet funk, fairly oaky, peach skin, some noyaux, finish is fairly dry with some lingering acidity. Light to medium body with soft carbonation. A bit overly acidic for me, masking a little of the fruitiness as a result. The Mosaic-hopped beer alongside conveyed as much pit fruit as this did but with better balance.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, beautiful tart fruity mix, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice mix of tart peaches, lemon, light tropical fruits, very nice. On tap at brewery.
