A blend of three German hops straight from the Huell research center combine to give this classic American pale ale a distinctly fruity aroma which should be enjoyed before tucking into the bready and malty flavors of the beer itself. This brew is big enough to get you in trouble, so tread lightly.

A reddish copper ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, caramel malt with herbaceous hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with resinous German hops, light mineral notes, lingering hops, OK. On tap at Hanoi location.

On tap at Pasteur Street, pours a hazy dark copper amber with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt and light piney hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with dry biscuity malt and bone dry hopping. Nicely constructed - simple, yet well-made. Solid.
