A classic Belgian Tripel with the addition of London Artisan Gin and fresh local fruit. Florai honey and slight banana on the nose. Grainy sweetness with a background hint of tropical fruit. Finishes with warming clove, alcohol and botanicals.

A pale golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity solvent malt with doughy character, nail polish, cloying. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with loads of candy sugar, light solvent character, light gin barrel notes, unbalanced. On tap at brewery. 5-3-6-3-10
