A hazed blonde cider with aroma of tart apples, light acidity, light Brett, light peach pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a complex tart apple jam with light acidity, light mineral notes, lingering puckering character, very nice. On tap at Rattle N Hum East. 7-3-8-3-14

From tap. Pours hazy yellow, small whitehead. Aroma is crisp apples and slight citric fruity. Dry, acetic and apples. Dry and citric finish. Dry and slight acetone finish.
