ORIA is a kettle soured saison fruited with black currants blended with fresh mixed-fermentation brett. saison (70/30). We split this batch into two and force carbonated one half to drink fresh (on tap now) and bottle conditioned the other with brettanomyces (to be released early spring). Subtle funk, tart, with a rich black currant aroma! Swing by for a pint.

Bottle. Pours a hazy pale red color with a small white head. Has a fruity weak sour black currant aroma. Fruity weak sour black currant flavor. Has a fruity weak sour black currant finish.

A pinkish burgundy ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice tart berries with light Epsom salts, light Brett, light lactic notes, nice and complex. In mouth, a nice tart fruity malt with loads of currant, grapes, Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice. Bottle at Brother’s Beer Bistro.
