A hazed yellow gose with a thin white head. In aroma, loads of passion fruit, light acidity, light Epsom salts, pleasant. In mouth, a nice tart mix of passion fruit juice, lime notes, light mineral notes, nice and refreshing. On tap at Festibière de Laval 2017.
