Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2016 [ The 41th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 9th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Beer Ink Hit The Road ].Clear medium to dark orange amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, spicy, pumpkin spices. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, pumpkin spices, caramel, sweet malt, spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161015] 5-3-6-3-12

Huddersfield Oktoberfest 2016. Dark amber in colour. Bitter in character with a light lingering bittersweetness. Didn’t find too much of the pumpkin influence.
