Wild beer with South Moravian fruit. Summer in taste and smell. As a basis we use beer aged for 9-12 months in oak barrels. We add fruit and allow the beer to re-ferment to dryness. The result is “Fly with me”, our first spontaneously fermented wild beer with fruit. All together we spent cca 2 years with this beer. Tercial fermentation is done in the bottle you buy in the shop.
Sour cherries – great Moravian fruit with typical juicy aroma and fresh sour taste. No unknown foreign suppliers, just local farmers again.

Bottle at the source @Mikulov-CZ. Dark rose wine pour with a pinkish foam. Nose proves sour cherries aroma along with red fruits. Mouth is moderate and practically hidden sourness, frizzy cherry candy, red vinous firm character.

Shared 330 ml bottle. ABV 4.6%. Beautiful red colour, moderate pink head. Pleasant aroma of sour cherries, hints of almonds. Light bodied. Dry flavour, with sour cherries, but the lack of complexity is no match for the best Belgian krieks.

Flaske (4,6% iflg etiketten) fra Holmens importkoffert, delt med skipsrederen og seremonimesteren 02.12.18 (juleverksted på Fridtjofen): vakker dyprød farge med kort skum. Deilig aroma og smak av sure kirsebær, bringebær og røde epler. Lett og frisk også i afslutningen.

Bottle shared with JMD and SM on board Fridtjofen 03.12.18. Clear deep red colour. Small white head. Aroma of burnt circuit boards and cherries. Taste of sour cherries and almonds, but stoll with hint of burnt circuit boards.

Tap at Kulovy blesk. Very natural feeling, loads of cherries inside. However contrary to description, not fermented to dryness. Med-light sweetness remains, lightly tart and acetic. The biggest fault by far here is, that it completely lacks carbonation. Eh. Slightly disappointing.
