A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, beautiful sweet fruity malt with loads of Brett, ground cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, citrus pulp, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet orange pulp with light lemony notes, light Brett, light lactic notes, light acidity, very nice and complex. On tap at Brother’s Beer Bistro.
