Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: burnt orange to copper color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light cloves, lemony notes, subtle fresh pine, some floral hop tones
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas together pretty nice and semi-sweet with a touch of spice; finishes semi-floral and spicy
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some harshness does spike the tongue but I somewhat expected it to - to be honest, it's nothing that changed how I felt about this beer, just something I noticed
Overall: I'd say this was a pretty nicely done table saison that would go well with practically any food you would want it with.

A lightly hazed golden saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, light floral hops, light cloves, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light resinous floral hops, banana esters, light cloves, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.
