A deep dark stout with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light coffee grind, musty character, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with vanilla essence, light coffee grind, musty character, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Thanks Doug.
Growlette pour, mine was poured into a nonic.
The appearance was a semi-dark brown color with a quickly dissipating finger’s worth of white to off white foamy head. Barely any lace.
The aroma is super sweet rubbing sweet milk chocolate against dark chocolate and not allowing too much of the bitter portion coming out. Sly vanilla far underneath. Some caramel and toffee malts. Some breadiness.
The flavor, once again, is super sweet leading into the previously mentioned maltiness. Slick sweet aftertaste flowing into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a greater sessionability than I expected. Slick almost watery body.
Overall, nice to try but not exactly an on par sort of milk/sweet stout. Needs some more body to this.
