(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, brown colour with a beige and not very persistent frothy head. Oaky vanilla aroma with dark and toasted malt, delicately wheaty with funky notes, dark berries and caramel. Moderately sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Toasty and oaky malt character with caramel, dark and red berries and vanilla; dry and moderately sour-tart finish with lasting fruity and funky notes and a mildly dark malty tail. Good. 08.V.18

Unusual nice and tasty Berliner weisse.
Hazy dark color with a fine off white head. Good intensity in the aroma. Ok body and a tad rich carbonation level. Dry ending and a pleasant balanced acidity. Dried fruits, wood, grapes and mild lactic flavor. Tasty stuff.

330ml bottle from Hopfen & Malz. Shared with Finn. Filmy beige layer. Deep red-brown body, dotted spots on the glass. Modest aromas of dark fruits and grain, dry. Earthy, grainy malts to the taste profile, tart backbone. Tart and sweet ending. Fair enough. (Hotel room, Berlin 15.01.2018).
