750ml corked and caged bottle from the brewery. Clear amber/orange pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is funky, tart, yeasty, and loaded with tart currants, tart fruit, hints of apples and some nice earthy, vinous barrel. Great mouth feel, and lovely carb. Finish is is earthy and tart, with some great funk. The Brett works magic here with the story behind the yeast, this is such an impressive beer.

A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light cork character, light coriander and fruit esters.In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grape skin, light Brett, light lactic notes, berries, very nice and complex. On tap at Brother’s Beer Bistro.
