A lightly hazed pale blonde cider with aroma of tart apples, light spices, Brett, light lactic notes, very herbaceous. In mouth, a nice tart sweet fruity apple with light mineral notes, light chalky notes, light ginger, pleasant. On tap at Brother’s Beer Bistro.
