Can from the brewery. Hazy amber, large off white head. Obviously it’s similar to the other terroir project wet hop ale, but this one is alot more floral. More herbal notes and grasses with more of a pronounced pine hop flavour as opposed to a citric hope profile. Light bitterness, hints if citrus in the end, but alot of mind and grass. Interesting to see the differences.

As Collingwood. A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with Chinook hops, resinous and piney, light grapefruit, light mineral notes, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity citrusy malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, well balanced. On tap at Brother’s Beer Bistro.
