Tap (Hopfenfest, Bermudský trojuhelník): Pale golden to golden, clear, bigger loose ’n lacy white head; fresh fruity and citrussy to distinctive piney-hoppy nose; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, surely not watery; slightly lingering fruity-piney and floral finish. Really, a better hopped Kölsch without any franconian influences...

[ As Sierra Nevada Attack From Mahrs ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity malt, minerals notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170520] 6-3-6-3-12

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow. Small white head. Aroma is fruity, toasted malty. Mild citrusy to peachy. Smooth fruity and crisp hoppy. Dry, bitter snd citrusy hoppy finish.
