On tap at the old station in downtown bracebridge. Jet Black pour, with a small beige head. Aroma is very roasty, with some light coffee, and brown sugar, but also a nice sharpest from the citrus. Reminds me a lot of the acidity you get in a coffee and lime. Soft mouth feel, good carb. Finish is sharp, but still quite roasty, with strong citrus notes, interesting integration of two very different flavour profiles.

A deep dark porter with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet citrusy chocolate malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and pleasant. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with light citrus pulp, light tropical fruits, light coffee grind, resinous floral hops, nice and smooth. On tap at Cornwall Summer Beer fest 2016.
