A hazed blonde Weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, light tart apples with light mineral notes and Epsom salts, light acidity, OK. In mouth, a rather light mix of orange juice (OJ, get it), light mineral notes, light Epsom, light lemony notes, OK. On tap at brewery.
