A hazed golden amber saison with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice tart fruity malt with light citrus pulp, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light lactic notes, light Brett, light lactic notes, fruity esters, nice and complex. On tap at Cajun Café spring beer fest 2016.
