A reddish burgundy Weissbier with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity cherry pulp with light mineral, light lactic notes, light herbaceous character, hibiscus juice, nice. In mouth, a nice tart mineral malt with light hibiscus, herbals, light lemony notes, nice and refreshing. On tap at North Country Brewfest 2016.
