Very well balanced between the brett and some granny apples. Sour but not too much, i very much enjoyed this one

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light buttery notes, grapeskin, nice. In mouth, a nice tart apple pulp with light mineral notes, light buttery notes, grapeskin, OK. On tap at La Cuvée d’hiver 2016.
