Pours clear pale gold. Pleasant apple aroma. Surprised this is 1 out of 6 on their sweetness scale, suggesting a very dry cider. I wouldn’t call it that. It’s not overly sweet, but it’s not what I’d call dry either. American oak? I’m not tasting it . Fairly good cider though.

Yellow gold with a small foamy white head. Dry, musty and phenolic with an apple flesh note. Long finish. Medium body.
Gold pour. Sweet apple flavor. Nice winepress apple flavor with a sweet palate. Little glitter. I like this cider

Pride version: Semi-dry apple nose Clear golden, sparse amount of suspended glitter. Semi dry apple, very light cobweb. Tangy finish. Light body, moderate carbonation. Whimsical and poundable.

From tap. Pours clear and pale yellow, no head. Aroma is aples fruityzesty. Dry, citric to juicy. Simple. Dry, citric and smooth fruity finish.

A golden cider with aroma of sweet tart apples with light acidity, light mineral notes, nice. In mouth, a nice chalky apple with light mineral notes, light bodied, pleasant. On tap at J Ryan’s.

New England Bucket List Trip #199. Keg at Ithaca Brewing. Pours a clear pale golden with a thin frothy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of sweet apples, pear, vanilla and a mild vegetal note. The taste is sweet apples, vanilla. Tart finish. Medium bodied, mild lingering tartness. 200th cider!
