355mL can, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Nose is moderately funky upfront, with gentle floral notes, and gentle crisp apple skins. Flavour is nicely acidic, with plenty of tart apples, light-to-moderate funk, and a gentle floral quality. Nice funk, crispness, and tartness. Good stuff.

A lightly hazed golden cider with aroma with light tartness, green apples, very nice. In mouth, loads of lactic acid notes and Brett, tart apples, very nice and complex. Cask Days 2015.
