A dark brown ipa with a thin big bubbled mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with grassy floral hops, light funky herbaceous character, light cheesey notes, smooth and complex. In mouth, a sweet fruity chocolate malt with coffee grind, alcohol warmth, resinous floral hops, light molasses, very nice. Bottle at Sherbrooke St location, 2 years old. Merci Martin.
