Bottle sample at Champlain Orchards, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out champagne, toffee, brown sugar and candied apples. Flavour is intensely sweet even for the style, with candied apples, brown sugar, toffee and light champagne effervescence from the carbonation. Almost too sweet, but it works.

A golden ice cider with no sparkling. In aroma, sweet apple jam, cooked, light lemon, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet tart apples with light acidity, lingering sweetness, alcohol warmth, nice acidity in mouth feel, well done. Bottle at Vermont Cheese Fest 2015.
