Bottle 330ml. @ [ The Stat Improver Tasting ] - Saxo, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Stockholm Imperial Porter ].Clear dark black - red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, dusty malt, light coffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, burnt, dark malt, light coffee, thin, light chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours very dark brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, coffee, vanilla and lactose. Moderate sweetness, medium plus roasted bitterness. Medium to full body, slight oily texture, slightly above average carbonation.
