A lightly hazed blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice fruity biscuit malt with light esters, coriander, curacao, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light fruity esters, curacao, very nice and smooth. On tap at Wellington Gastropub.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a dark golden color with a small white head that left no lacing. The aroma was apple, musty and pepper. The flavor was tart, spicy, peppery and musty with a touch of apple. Medium length finish. Medium body. Pleasant.
