This beer embodies everything we are about at Bowigens. When we didn’t have the right ingredients to brew the beer that was on the schedule, we literally went to the kitchen and got creative. This flavorful brown ale has become a favorite among our supporters. It includes freshly toasted almonds, brown sugar and a little chocolate malt. This beer becomes even more complex as you let it warm a little.

Draft at the brewery. Pours reddish brown color with off white head. Aromas of toasted malt and almonds. Sweet almond flavor with toasted malt. Medium body with average carbonation.

A reddish amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet nutty caramel malt with light grassy hops, light almond, buttery notes, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with light nutty notes, light oily mouth feel, faint hops, boring and somewhat cloying. On tap at brewery.
