This is a blend of an American Cream Ale and a German Kolsch. Don’t let the style fool you, this beer packs plenty of flavor. The majority of the grain bill is US 2-Row malted barley, lending to it’s light straw color. Balanced with a few specialty malts, this beer is finished with lemon zest and a German ale yeast.

Nice! Not breaking any barriers here but this is a real cream ale, directly comparable to Genny Cream and other classics. Pale gold, light graininess, mild hopping is vaguely grassy. Balanced profile. Nice.

Draft at the brewery. Pours slightly hazy golden color with white head. Aromas of lemon, grass, and cereal malt. Similar flavors. Medium body with average carbonation.

A hazed golden ale with a thick frothy off white head. In aroma, sweet honey malt with light boiled corn character, so-so. In mouth, a rather sweet cloying honey malt with light grassy hops, boring and sweet. On tap at brewery.
