Crystal clear, straw-color with a minimal, white head. Low to medium carbonation and head retention. Strong Jalepeño aroma reminiscent to a blooming pepper garden. Light, crisp taste with a mild Jalepeño flavor and minimal sting from Arbol Chili Peppers. Finishes fairly dry with a pleasant chili aftertaste that is light but has just enough attitude to keep you sippin’. Best served at 35 to 40 degrees.

A lightly hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with loads of hot pepper, nice and interesting. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light mineral notes and light hot pepper, interesting yet quaffable. On tap at brewery.
