A hazed golden ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with smooth yet pungent floral hops, grapefruit pulp, restrained and pleasing. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and balanced, excellent ipa. On tap at brewery.

Tap. I generally don’t rate Beachwood beers anymore, but this one is an absolute home run (although I guess most of their beers are). Hazed pale yellow pour with laser etched lace. Floral, tropical and citrus aromas. Candied tangerine, light dank, some Nelson diesel. Flavors are fruit and tropical. Medium bitter with a bitter balance. A touch less assertive than some of Julian’s other seven point one IPAs ( which I don’t mind). Floral, juicy, lychee. Grassy dry hop. Minimal malt. Clean ferment. Lively carb, dry. Excellent!
