Not strong enough to be an iced cider, but sweet enough to be one. NO carbonation, just a smooth almost bronze pour, with no head. A thick honey aroma, apples, and pears. Luscious mouth feel, thick, and sweet.

A pale golden cider with aroma of sweet apple pulp, light maple, alcohol warmth, light grapeskins, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple sauce with light toffee. Bottle at Mondial des Cidres 2015.
