Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a nice opaque peach juice sort of body that supports a thin bright white head. The aroma offers up kind of fruity peach and red apple with mild notes of grains and spices in the background. The taste begins a little biting with ever growing tartness that achieves puckering levels to midway. The tartness dries out the experience midway and into the finish revealing mild wheat, faint sour mash, tart fruit and some faint herbal and spicy notes. Another tasty refreshing summer time brew. A few more sips and the yeasty Brett tartness is noticed.
