Keg at the brewery, Asheville, 17/02/15. Very lightly hazed golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is earthy hops, herbal tones, rosemary evident, citric pith. Taste comprises pale malt, straw, rosemary, caramel, light citric peel, orange. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

Keg at the brewery. Pours a clear golden with a thin creamy off-white head. Good head retention. Aroma of rosemary, pine and a hint of pale malt. The taste is dominant rosemary and not much else. Medium bodied, strong lingering bitterness. I haven’t had too many but in my experience rosemary in beer just doesn’t work.

A golden ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light rosemary. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, resinous notes, light rosemary, nice. On tap at brewery.
