[ As Arizona Wilderness Fossil Springs Saison ].Hazy medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, spicy, fruity yeast, floral. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, spicy, fruity yeast, floral, some peppery notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Draft. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of petroleum, hops, spices, and a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of spices, petroleum, straw, hops, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

On tap at Arizona Wilderness, pours a hazy golden blonde wi h a small white head. Aroma brings out a spicy herbal character, with farmhouse yeast. Flavour is quite spicy and herbal, with saison yeast and lots of herbal notes. Nicely done. Not authentic but certainly unique. Decent.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a near clear deep copper body that supports a thin light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up loads of perfumy flowers flowing into lime, spicy hops, a quick hit of citrus and then spicy Saison yeastineess. The taste delivers a thin sessionable mouth feel with spicy hops, herbal green hoppiness and then a thin dash of citrus grapefruit like hops. Above those notes rides a firm level of flowery perfume like flavors. Pretty nice session brew.
