This sweet stout is full-bodied with hints of chocolate and coffee from the dark roasted malts. We don’t stop there - we double up on those flavours by adding chocolate and coffee to it once it’s done fermenting. This is one big beer!

A deep dark stout with a very thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet vanilla chocolate malt with light coffee notes, Nestlé quick, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with coffee notes, vanilla, alcohol warmth, light coconut, interesting if a bit sweet. On tap at Ottawa Folkfest 2014.

Comes together pretty well. Some coffee, some mocha roast and cream. Finishes a little sweet from lactose, with some hops. Average carbonation. Tap at Winterbrewed.
